Ensure compliance of provisions of prevailing Labour laws by all sites across India
Handling union matters
Providing guidance to R.Os/Project Manager/ Site Admin Manager on action to be taken as per prevailing Labour Laws at the time of commencement of New Projects.
Liaisoning with Statutory authorities such as RPFC, ALC, LEO etc. wherever required
Handling all Disciplinary matters such as issuing Show Cause Notices, Charge Sheet and Warning letters etc.
Educating Site Administration on new amendments if any in prevailing labour laws
Conducting, Coordinating & monitoring Statutory Compliance Audit to ascertain status of Compliance by all site across India
Preparing and submission of MIS report on Status of Compliance of Labour Laws by Project Sites to Board Members
Conducting Training on Compliance of Labour Laws
Timely disposal of Notices issued if any by Labour Authorities
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A
